What are the training dates?

In order to review the forthcoming training dates, please click this text to go to the calendar page where you will find all the information you require to secure your place.

What is my investment?

Our international standard price for the ICF Level 2 (ACTP) 125 hrs program is € 4.950. If needed, we offer a payment plan in three installments.

The EXAM component is priced at €1.750

For permanent residents in South Africa or Russia, we offer a 30% discount to equalize the currency spending power.

Is ACTP the highest accreditation within the ICF?

Yes. You join an excellent training that boasts an internationally certified quality label.

The International Coach Federation (abbreviated to ICF) is the largest global professional organization in the coaching profession. The ICF ACTP accreditation is an international quality mark. By offering a universally labelled quality of work, the ICF determines the standards in coaching.

The ACTP level indicates that the participant has received a minimum of 125 student contact hours, mentor coaching and performance evaluation. It is the highest possible accreditation level within the ICF.

What is the setup of the training?

Our coach training includes:

3 modules – four classroom or online live training days each module OR 22 weekly 3.5hrs sessions, Mondays 6-9:30pm CET/CEST
A comprehensive workbook per module
Access to our coaching protocols, awareness creation PDFs and other tools
Peer practice between the modules
Closed Facebook group membership

Optional
ICF Diploma-Exam can be booked separately. This package includes 6 observed coaching assessments, 7 group mentor coaching sessions + 3 1:1 mentor sessions with an ICF PCC accredited mentor coach, oral & written exam run-throughs and an ICF recognized diploma.

How are participants supported after the training?

After our coach training program, we offer you several support options and possibilities to widen/deepen your coach being:

💥 join our advanced training, such as Conscious Success and Conscious Money, and/or the Creative Consciousness Retreats

💥 participate in our closed Facebook group for coach training graduates
join regular mentor coaching hours

Detailed information about these support structures will be given during the coach training.

What can I expect to experience during the day in the 3x 4-day course format?

At the start of each training module, you will receive a personal workbook (about 200 pages) with exercises, tools and practical support. All training days have their own specific dynamic, while at the same time, they are balanced. You will do exercises in small groups, in pairs and/or individually; reflection, lecturing, Q&A’s, coach education, coach training, coach tools, coach being.
NB: The flow of the training days in-person or online facilitated are identical.

What is the content of the Diploma-Exam component?

Similar to the process of getting your driver’s license, the coaching exam consists of two parts: a written exam followed by an oral live coaching exam of about 45-60 minutes.

And just like when you practice for your driver’s license, you start by getting familiar with coaching and collecting the hours that meet the ICF standards.

Summary:

you practice coaching with your fellow student coaches
you coach real clients and get 6 OCS Observed Coaching Sessions Feedback
you receive 7 group mentor coaching sessions
you receive 3 1:1 mentor coaching sessions with an ICF PCC accredited mentor coach
you take the written exam
you take the oral exam: a live coaching session observed by an examiner
you keep a record of all your coaching session (portfolio)
with your portfolio and your CC Diploma, you are able to register as an ACTP certified coach with the ICF (optional)

Why is the Diploma-Exam component optional?

Many participants choose to join this program due to its ACTP level of accreditation, which is the highest quality level a coach training program can get from ICF. Once you have passed the exam, you can choose to register at the ICF as an accredited coach.

However, not everyone who participates in this program wants to become a self employed, independent coach, and hence, not everyone needs an ICF recognized diploma. This training program is useful for leaders, managers, HR managers, entrepreneurs, coordinators, social workers… or just anyone who wishes to improve their way of engaging with others. You will learn to communicate in such a way that both parties involved are uplifted and empowered.

Everything you wish to achieve in your personal and corporate life is impacted by the language you use to express yourself and the way in which you communicate. Coaching is a way of communicating that empowers both yourself and the other. Besides a communication and coach training, this program also has impact on a personal and transformational level.
