The way a master teaches is different than the way an educator does. Not only does a master teach by his very person but by moving quickly and directly to the essence of a lesson, as opposed to the mere passing on of information or technique.

A master has the authority to put the punch line of enlightenment right at the beginning, not at the end, moving immediately to the core, the heart of the matter, avoiding explanations, nuances, softening, or clearing away of difficulties for the unwilling ego.
