Arrival and departure times
Please arrive at the venue on the commencement day
between 2-3 pm, not earlier or later.
Program starts at sharp 4 pm!
The retreat ends on the last day in the morning at 10:30 am and the vacation time is 11:00am.
Airport pick-ups are not offered; however, you may connect with other participants and share a taxi.
Catering
Full board vegetarian cuisine; water, coffee & tea are available around the clock.
We do our best to accommodate special needs, like gluten free or vegan. However, we cannot guarantee
to provide a full board of these special diets. Please speak to us to find a solution that works best.
Accommodation
Usually there is accommodation available directly at the venue.
In case of the venue accommodation being fully booked out, nearby sleep over accommodation is suggested.
2-bed room sharing is offered. For couples there are some rooms available with a queen-size bed. There is a dormitory (up to 5 participants option available after all rooms have been booked out.
Ask for a single room, subject to availability.
We do our best to assign rooms and beds such that everyone will be happy.
Accommodation needs to be paid on arrival at check-in in cash.
Travel documents
Check the validity of your passport and visa requirements as applicable.
Mind covid related rules and inform yourself of the latest conditions on the
official government websites in the countries of your point of departure
and country of arrival of the retreat facilitation.
Preparation
Please care to be in good shape and well prepared.
Instructions will or have been sent to you automatically upon completion of your retreat registration.

Whatsapp Group
Most participants find it most convenient to ask, arrange, manage all relevant matters in the event-specific
Whatsapp group. Whatsapp groups are typically created 6 weeks prior start of the retreat.
Cancellations
If due to covid rules or insufficient number of participants the retreat needs to be cancelled or postponed,
you will get a full refund or free transfer of your registration to the next available retreat.
You also can choose to have the paid retreat tuition being credited towards any other CC training or retreat.
Please book your flights such that they are refundable by the airline. In case of cancellation of the
retreat by us, we cover flight cancellation penalties or date changing fees up to €50 per ticket.
Retreat down payments or full payments are non-refundable, but transferrable to another facilitation
date and place, or transferrable to another person who takes over your booking.
Confidentiality
We care for providing a 100% safe space, which includes full confidentiality
of anything a participant shares or does, including the trainers and team members. Further rules of
engagement for the safety and flow of the retreat program will be introduced at the beginning of the retreat.
