Carefully designed and developed by Master Trainer Marc Steinberg, this program challenges its trainees

to go beyond conditioning and ego, to achieve excellence and mastery in presentation, authenticity and leadership.

have been created and are consistently updated

Candidates considering this program are asked to clearly consider how far they want to go,

and whether they have their heart and mind at the right place.

Here, we deal with consciousness, and that provides an edge to who you inevitably grow into as a trainer.

The essence of this curriculum develops the BEING as well as the DOING of the trainer - it provokes personal
transformation and the readiness to be elevated to levels of Greatness that one has not yet encountered in oneself.

THE TRAIN-THE-TRAINER PROGRAM
CONSISTS OF 4 LEVELS OF CERTIFICATION

Levels are completed one at a time; you decide to continue to the next stage.

The training is offered in English, Dutch and Russian.

Trainer Assistant Certificate (TAC) includes training and graduation on the foundational trainer skills.
Professional Trainer Diploma (PTD) includes training and graduation on the professional trainer level.
Academy Trainer Certificate (ATC) includes training and graduation on the CC® Academy Trainer level.
Lead Trainer Contract (LTC) includes training and graduation on the top trainer and leadership competencies and entitles the graduate to work for Creative Consciousness International as a trainer.

A list of frequently asked questions to help you understand how it works.

What are the training dates for 2022?

Intake is open all year round. Internships for practice, feedback, mentoring, learning and growth can be chosen by the student at their own discretion. Applicable are the national and international Creative Consciousness VLE Virtual Live Events and In-person training dates.

What career opportunities are available for me as a qualified Creative Consciousness Trainer?

As a graduate from the Lead Trainer level of the train-the-trainer program you are qualified to free lance for Creative Consciousness and earn per training led. Also the position as a Co-trainer for trainings led by Marc Steinberg are available and remunerated. Both positions are financially very attractive.

How long does it take to become a trainer?

The Professional trainer certificate is the second tier of training. Progress and qualifications depend on talent, engagement and intensity. The promotion is given based on competencies demonstrated. Consider 1-2 years of development before reaching Lead Trainer maturity.

Do you have training opportunities on all continents?

International trainings in English are held online. Physical trainings take place in South Africa, Belgium, the Netherlands (in Dutch language) and Russia (in Russian language).

What is the pre-requisite for joining the academy?

In order to join our Trainer Academy, it is required that you have graduated from some of our programs, e.g. Conscious Living 1. Consider doing the Consciousness Coach Training parallel if you aspire to levels 3 and 4 of the trainer education. Assisting in our programs is highly recommended so that you have gathered experience of how the backstage and facilitation of a training works.

Are the train-the-trainer trainings in-person or online?

We offer internships on both platforms. You can combine your internships at your own discretion.

How long is an internship?

An internship is the length of the training. We have 2, 3 and 4 day trainings and you would be required to attend all training days for it to count as an internship. On the day prior any training the whole team goes into session for 3 hours to prepare for the training days ahead.

After I have attended Creative Consciousness workshops/trainings and would like to join the Trainer Academy, what is required of me?

Fast tracking is possible and welcome based on talent, experience and engagement. We promote trainees in their development based on competencies demonstrated.

As a member of your Academy, would I only be able to join internships in one country?

No, the beauty of our International Academy is that you will have the opportunity to join internships globally, where any internship is being held in various different countries ‘in-person’ and in the online space for our Online Trainings.
