The Rebirth Retreat is a carefully crafted masterpiece. From death of the ego to rebirth and start again. A process I can now choose to do as a daily reset. “Before enlightenment; chop wood, carry water. After enlightenment; chop wood, carry water.” — Zen Kōan. I got to identify and connect to the source of my greatest pain! There was silence, reflection, enlightenment, plenty of meditation and celebration. There were like-minded people seeking liberation and inner peace. The whole experience is truly on a rockstar level. I loved swimming in rockpools, climbing up mountains and being in nature. I loved being off the grid for a couple of days. As I said. The retreat truly is a masterpiece. I recommend it unreservedly.
